WHAT WE BELIEVE

We acknowledge the Apostolic Creed.

We believe in the triune creator God and consider the Bible – His inspired Word – as infallible authority over our lives.

We believe that as Christians we can live in a loving father-child relationship with God. As a child of God, every believer has equally direct access to God.

We believe that Jesus Christ – the Son of God – became man and only through his death and atonement on the cross as well as his resurrection, he made the way to God possible for us. Forgiveness and reconciliation are given to every person who by faith accepts Jesus as his Savior and submits his life under His Lordship.

We believe that through the Holy Spirit, God dwells in every believer and endows him with the power that is necessary in order to build His kingdom on earth.

We consider water baptism and the taking of the Lord’s Supper as essential expressions of living and personal faith in God.

We believe in God’s core message and assignment to His followers, to take the good news of Jesus Christ through word and deed to the ends of the earth.

We believe that God loves everyone unconditionally and welcomes them with outstretched arms. We value each person’s freedom of choice and faith, and respect each person regardless of their religion.
